At ScentForMe, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you the finest fragrances. We ship perfumes from three main suppliers located in South Africa, the USA, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping Times:
South Africa:
Free delivery takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. (Additional time may be required for outlying areas.)
United Kingdom & USA:
Shipping from these suppliers takes between 7 to 14 working days.
We source and purchase the product from our suppliers after you place your order. Your package is then shipped directly to you using a courier service. Most goods are shipped within two business days of order processing.
Free Delivery:
All local deliveries in South Africa include free delivery. For international orders (from the USA or UK), a nominal shipping fee may apply.
Please Note:
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Post Offices, or Paxi at this stage.
Weekend delivery services are not currently available. If you need your order urgently, email us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
Track and Trace | Track Your Order
Once your payment is verified and your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with a track-and-trace number and a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress every step of the way.
Courier Services
We use reliable courier services to ensure your perfume arrives safely:
Local Shipping (South Africa): Aramex or Fast Couriers. For international shipping, we use trusted global courier services. If the courier attempts delivery and you’re unavailable, a message will be left to arrange another delivery date.
Weekend Delivery Services
At this stage, we do not provide weekend delivery services. If you desperately need your order before the weekend after you buy your perfume, please email us and we will try to source and ship the item to you ASAP.
