My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

ScentForMe ship package from Monday to Friday. We keep stock but also ship straight from one of our suppliers if we don't stock the item at that moment.

In most cases, we ship your goods within two business days. Shipping goods typically takes between 1 and 3 business days, except if you are in an outlying area. Outlying areas can take up to 5 - 7 business days.

Please email us; we can provide a tracking number and link. You can use the link to track your parcel to your door.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

No, we do not ship items over public holidays or weekends.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We do not ship items to the postal code or Post Office codes. We cannot ship to these addresses as we need a signed document that you have received your package.

After making an order, can I change my order and choose something else?

Yes, you can, but you have to be quick. Please contact us within 2 hours after the order has been made. We will then be able to edit the order.
