How do you ship products to your customers?
We ship products using a Courier service. In most cases, we ship goods within two business days. Delivery takes between 3 – 5 business days. (Dependent if you are in an outlying area.) All local shipping in South Africa is FREE.
How do I track my parcel?
After you have completed your order and payment has been verified, we will ship your order package to you. We will email you the track-and-trace number and link. You can then use the link and number to track your parcel.
Do you have a retail store?
You can buy from us using a credit card or EFT(Bank Transfer). If you purchase perfume from us and choose the EFT payment method, you will receive an email with our banking details. You can transfer the money to us, send us proof of payment, and we will send you your goods.
Is it safe to buy perfume online?
Yes, it is safe to buy perfume from us online. We use state-of-the-art security on our website.
Which Payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We use Payfast as our payment gateway. We also accept EFT(Electronic Bank Transfer). At this stage, WE DO NOT accept PayPal.

No, we do not have a physical brick-and-mortar store. All transactions are done online.
Do you sell only original genuine products?
Yes, we do. We only use genuine distributors both in South Africa and abroad. We only partner with mass distributors and deal directly with original perfume houses in South Africa and abroad.
I do not see my product on your website. Can you get it for me?
Yes, we can try to source the product that you seek. We will contact our suppliers in South Africa and abroad to see if we can find the perfume you are searching for.
My perfume is out of stock. What do I do?
ou can email us or phone and ask when we get stock again. Normally stock gets replaced within a few weeks.
Am I able to buy in bulk?
Yes, you can buy perfume and fragrances in bulk from us. Please email us, and let’s discuss this.
I did not receive what I ordered. What do I do?
Please email and phone us. Please email us your shipping order number and what product you received. We will replace your parcel asap. .
I am having an issue placing an order. Can you help?
Yes, we can. Contact us and email us your problem. We will phone you to provide you with technical assistance on how to proceed with your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can but only for a limited time only. You have to contact us within 24 hours. If you don’t we will not be able to edit your delivery address.
I haven’t got my delivery confirmation.
Not a problem. Our eCommerce system automatically emails or SMS you your tracking number and delivery confirmation. If you have not received the delivery confirmation it usually means that the email has been stopped by a spam catcher or in the email’s spam folder.
I didn’t get an invoice for my order.
Our sincere apologies for not adding the invoice to your package. Please email us and we will send you the electronic version of the order.
