Shipping Times

South Africa
We offer FREE delivery across South Africa on all orders! Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Additional time may be required for outlying areas.

United Kingdom & USA
Shipping from our UK and USA suppliers takes 7 to 14 working days. If a product ships from one of our overseas suppliers, this will be clearly indicated on the product page so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Costs:

Local Shipping (South Africa): Absolutely FREE on all orders.
International Orders: R400 plus a R50 handling fee applies.

Track Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a track and trace number and a tracking link. Use this information to follow your parcel's journey in real time.

Shipping Restrictions:

A physical shipping address is required, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
A signature will be needed upon delivery to ensure your package reaches you safely.

Received the Wrong Package?

Oops! If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’ve received the wrong package. However, do not open the perfume packaging material, as this will void any refund or exchange eligibility.
