Delivery Information

We ship our products using Courier Services depending on your shipping address. But we have great news - FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS IN SOUTH AFRICA

Shipping Cost:
All local shipping in South Africa is absolutely FREE.
International orders cost R400 + 50 Handling.

Delivery takes between 2 – 4 business days. (Dependent if you are in an outlying area.) We do not ship over weekends.

Track and trace:
After we have shipped your item, we email you the track and trace number and track and trace link. You can then use the link and number to track your parcel.

Restrictions:
We require a physical shipping address. We cannot ship your items to a PO Box as we need the recipient to sign for the package.

Lost Packages:
Most packages do not get lost. But if you feel your package has been lost, please contact us, and we will start the track and trace.

Wrong Package:
You have received the wrong package. Not a problem. Please email or contact us as soon as possible. Please do not open the perfume package material, as this will void the refund or the parcel exchange.
